Coastal Treasures Walking Routes

You may be familiar with the far-reaching benefits of daily exercise for your physical health. Just 30-minutes of brisk walking a day has been shown to aid in cardiovascular health, prevent cancer, strengthen immunity and much more. But did you know your daily stroll can also greatly benefit your mental health and wellbeing? Walking can aid in restful sleep, improve self-esteem and self-perception, reduce anxiety and depression. Older people that participate in regular walking have also shown to have improved memory and cognitive function.

While you are enjoying your stay at Cliff Farmhouse why not lace up your walking shoes and head out on some of our local coastal treasures routes? Norfolk boasts some great countryside walks taking you through fens, woodland and the coast. Are you an avid walker looking for a challenge? We are also located near the Peddars Way Path and the Norfolk Coast Path.
