Cliff Farmhouse B&B Suites
We have three luxury boutique bed and breakfast suites designed and decorated in a contemporary classic style. More than just luxury en-suite bedrooms, our suites offer an exceptional space with the addition of a separate sitting room and a comfortable dining space to enjoy a private breakfast.
The two new suites in the cottage are named Besley Suite and Wallis Suite (our Mother’s maiden names) and the third suite in the main farmhouse is named the Pull Suite (Victoria’s maiden name).
Each Suite is slightly different in décor and size ranging from the Besley Suite (41 sq. m or 441 sq. ft), to the Pull Suite (44 sq. m or 473 sq. ft) and the Wallis Suite (53 sq. m or 570 sq. ft). And they all have some quirky features that we think you’ll love!
All three suites face South and the two first floor suites (Pull and Wallis) enjoy wonderful views over the rear gardens and pasture beyond, while the ground floor Besley Suite has direct access to the verandah and garden. Guests of all three suites have access to a private grassed garden equipped with sun lounges and comfortable garden furniture.

The Besley Suite
The Besley Suite is located on the ground floor of the cottage built in 2019. It has a private entrance and covers 441 square feet (41 sq.m) with no steps throughout, making this our most accesible suite. The bedroom has a beautiful bespoke headboard and a modern fully equipped en-suite bathroom, as well as a separate living room with luxurious seating, gas fireplace and a private dining table. The bed is a super king size double (no twin bed option).
The Wallis Suite
The Wallis Suite is the largest with a massive 570 sq. ft (53 Sq. m) of luxury space. Located on the entire first floor of the new cottage with its own private entrance, it boasts fabulous views of the garden and pasture beyond. It has a practical landing with an antique desk and a unique window seat. The suite has a spacious bedroom with super king size double bed (can also be twin), a modern fully equipped bathroom with a trendy self-standing double ended bath and a separate living room with luxurious seating and a private dining table.
The Pull Suite
The Pull Suite is located on the first floor of the main farmhouse with stunning south facing views over the garden and pasture beyond. With 473 square feet of living space (44 sq.m) it offers a large bedroom and sitting area with a comfy sofa and a private dining table, leading to a separate dressing room and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. The bed can be set up as a double or a twin and we can accommodate up to one child under the age of 16 and 1 infant on request.
