Hey there! We’re thrilled you found us. Cliff Farmhouse is our charming boutique Bed & Breakfast tucked away in the heart of Old Hunstanton on the North Norfolk Coast. With a rich history dating back to the 16th century, our B&B offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern comfort. Imagine sprawling vistas of rolling countryside, big skies, and glorious beaches as far as the eye can see. And the most popular, so book early!
The Wallis Suite is our largest and most luxurious accommodation, located on the entire first floor of the annexe. It has a private entrance and an expansive 570 square feet (53 sq.m) of pure pleasure with three distinct areas for relaxation and the best views in the house!
Our newest suite is full of character, with a private entrance, a heritage hallway, and a real wood-burning stove, perfect for cozy nights in. EXCELLENT Based on 65 reviews Susan Watson14 June 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We just keep going back to this wonderful B and B suite in a fab location in Old Hunstanton. This was our fourth year in succession. Fabulous caring hosts, attention to detail throughout the suite is first class. Lovely comfortable bedroom space, whole suite is spotlessly clean. The garden and patio area are added bonus in a very relaxing setting. Personally I like the Self service breakfast and there is the option of cooked breakfast if that’s your preference. Vikky goes out her way to cater for any dietary requirements just let her know in advance. The beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton is only a short walk away and there are 2 lovely restaurants in short walking distance. This B and B is ideal for exploring North Norfolk with many lovely places to visit close by. After a busy day it’s lovely to know a warm welcome awaits you back at Cliff farm B and B suites. It’s excellent value for money. You will Definitely want to return again. ronald Hazenkamp10 June 2024Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cliff Farmhouse B&B is a beautiful and stylish B&B. A perfect location for exploring Norfolk. Our host was welcoming warm and friendly ensuring that our stay was very memorable. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with every attention to detail, a cosy sitting room with French doors out onto a terrace and view of the garden. Tea & coffee facilities were lovely to have. A lovely bedroom with every comfort you may need, an extremely comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with luxury towels, bathrobes and beautiful toiletries. The English breakfast served in our suite was delicious. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return. Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had the Pull Suite in the house this time and although very different from the Wallis it was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Walking distance to various pubs/restaurants and the gorgeous beach. Vicky and Graham make you feel so welcome and will help with anything. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you. Jackie & Steve Just arrived but absolutely gorgeous. Perfect studio with fabulous products and spotlessly clean. Already planning a return. The attention to detail is amazing, there is absolutely everything you need to have a really relaxing stay. The garden is a real sun-trap and we enjoyed sitting out there while waiting for our dinner to cook in the beautiful kitchen. The beach is just a short walk away and there a couple of good pubs very close by. We wouldn't hesitate to come back. Three of us booked the Pull Suite and the Wallis Suite - both were beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed with everything that we needed for our stay. Vicky (our host) was great - excellent communication and really helpful, right from the point of our arrival. The location is walking distance from the beach at Old Hunstanton, with cafes, restaurants and dining pubs all on the doorstep. A walk along the coast into the town of Hunstanton was lovely (even on a chilly February day). I can't speak highly enough of this lovely place . The cottage is occasionally let out as self catering (putting the Wallis and Besley suites together and opening up the attached kitchen). We were fortunate to have that experience over New Year for a week. The owners were lovely; extremely helpful but not intrusive. Everything in the cottage was in superb condition and couldn’t have been more sparkling clean. The rooms were spacious with lots of little touches making it feel like home, and the beds were so very comfortable, it was like sleeping in a cloud. The quality of the fixtures and fittings, bedding and kitchen equipment etc was second to none; underfloor heating meant the property was lovely and warm despite the time of year and the access to a spacious garden was much appreciated. We couldn’t resist sitting in the hanging chairs and feeling like we were floating despite the outdoor temperatures! Great location too - perfect for walks from the door as well as venturing further afield. We have stayed in a lot of self catering accommodation around the Hunstanton, Holme, Brancaster and Burnham Market area and this is one of the very best. Extremely highly recommended. We stayed in the Wallis suite, stunning throughout, from decor, cleanliness, comfy bed and everything catered for you could think of. Great hosts, made us feel very welcomed. Great location with beautiful views. Loved the peacefulness and quietness. Ted Turk22 November 2023Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Third visit now, the B&B is so good in all respects that we keep going back when visiting the area. We stayed in the Besley Suite which is beautifully appointed. Despite being next to the A149, the suite is south facing and well soundproofed so very little noise is apparent. We stopped in the Wallis Suite which is the whole top floor of the accommodation. The standard of finish and decor is faultless, spotlessly clean, lovely little touches everywhere make a really enjoyable stay, great breakfast. We will definitely stay again. Vicky and Graham were really welcoming. A must if your looking to stay in the area.

Cliff Farmhouse isn’t just about cozy suites and warm hospitality, it’s also all about the location!
Nestled in the 12th-century village of Old Hunstanton, the quieter sibling of the more bustling Hunstanton (affectionately known as “Sunny Hunny”), our B&B offers a perfect blend of tranquillity and charm. Old Hunstanton is distinct, yet complements its lively neighbour, with its clifftop walks, the historic Old Hunstanton Lighthouse, and the atmospheric ruins of St Edmund’s Chapel, built in 1272.
Within a short walk (just 2-10 minutes) from Cliff Farmhouse, you’ll discover everything you need, along with some hidden gems that make this area truly special:
