The Besley Suite adopts Vicky’s mother’s maiden name. It’s located on the ground floor of our charming annexe. It’s the most popular, with a private entrance and 441 square feet (41 sq.m) of space, including en suite bedroom, separate sitting room and French doors leading to a veranda and south facing garden. This suite offers practical luxury with no steps throughout, making it our most accessible suite. Please note that the Besley Suite is reserved exclusively for adult guests, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay.

“Stayed in the Besley Suite for 4 nights, this was our 4th visit and once again perfect even the weather was excellent. The suite has all mod cons and everything you could possible wish for, good quality toiletries, coffee pods for machine,
tea/coffee, dressing gowns, beautiful furnishings throughout and a patio to relax accessed from the sitting room and bedroom. We will definitely return, can’t wait”
We just keep going back to this wonderful B and B suite in a fab location in Old Hunstanton. This was our fourth year in succession.
Fabulous caring hosts, attention to detail throughout, the suite is first class. Lovely comfortable bedroom space, whole suite is spotlessly clean. The garden and patio area are added bonus in a very relaxing setting.
Personally I like the Self-service breakfast and there is the option of cooked breakfast if that’s your preference. Vicky goes out her way to cater for any dietary requirements, just let her know in advance.
The beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton is only a short walk away and there are 2 lovely restaurants in short walking distance.
This B and B is ideal for exploring North Norfolk with many lovely places to visit close by.

“The place is immaculate like a 5-star hotel.
English breakfast is spot on – very tasty (extra charge). Coffee, tea, biscuits and water constantly supplied. Small fridge freezer very useful. Television in both lounge and bedroom, both with doors to patio and garden. Nice to sit outside having breakfast! Exceptionally comfortable king size bed with 100% cotton sheets. Bathroom has bath and walk in shower and new fluffy towels. There is allocated free parking directly outside. Free Wi-Fi. Host very helpful and friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would thoroughly recommend it”
The Wallis Suite is our largest and most luxurious accommodation, located on the entire first floor of the annexe. It has a private entrance and an expansive 570 square feet (53 sq.m) of pure pleasure with three distinct areas for relaxation and the best views in the house!
The Pull Suite has a charm of its own, with its unique heritage and characterful features. It’s located on the first floor of the 17th-century farmhouse and offers 473 square feet (44 sq.m) of luxury living space that combines traditional elegance and contemporary living.
