Yes, the In-Room Breakfast items are included in the B&B rates (add link to breakfast page/menu). We also have an additional Breakfast Menu, available for an extra charge – this offers various hot breakfasts, some light breakfasts and smoothies and fruit juices on request (link to menu)
The in-room breakfast is provided in each of the B&B Suites, for you to enjoy in privacy, at a time that suits you. Any additional breakfast items ordered from the menu, will be served in your suit at an agreed time between 7:30 – 9:30 am.
Yes, we can provide items for various diets, or you are welcome to bring your own items and place them in the fridge in your Suite. If you require anything for your own dietary requirements, please as in advance or add in the comments section when booking on line.
Yes, we are very lucky to have several fantastic restaurants/bars/pubs nearby, from a Beach café to a Michelin Star restaurant, all within a few minute’s walk from our B&B. Please see here for details
Yes, the Pull Suite and Wallis Suite can be made into a twin bed, or we can offer super king beds with twin duvets – please request these at the time of booking.
Self-catering is only available periodically, usually over Christmas and New Year, or when we are unable to offer B&B accommodation. Please see our Offers Page. You may also wish to sign up to our Newsletter for news, offers and promotions (including self catering) and follow us on our social media channels.
We would suggest that you book the Besley Suite and Wallis Suite, as they are both located in the annexe. We can unlock certain doors to provide interconnecting suites.
We have one suite available on the ground floor called The Besley Suite. Although not wheelchair accessible, it has a super king bed, walk in shower and low bath, separate sitting room and two sets of French doors opening on to the veranda, all on one level. For more information click here.
We welcome children in the Pull Suite – with advance notice, we erect a luxury pop-up bed and comfortable mattress with bedding and towels for One Child Under the Age of 16. We charge an extra £35 per night, which also includes the standard In Room Breakfast Items. We also allow up to 1 Infant (no charge, please bring own cot).
We do not accept children in the Besley Suite and Wallis Suite.
We can store bicycles safely in a lock-up garage on site, but we cannot give out the key, so please arrange storage with us in advance. We have some excellent biking routes nearby, both road and off-road.
Yes, each suite has a designated parking place on site for one vehicle. The parking is allocated just outside each suite and is sign posted for each suite. Please contact us should you need more than one parking place.

Yes, we have one 7kwH Type 2 EV Charger – please contact us in advance if you wish to plug-in, so we can manage charging slots and so that we can unlock/initiate the charger. At present, we charge 45p per kwH. We will provide a report on the usage and amount to be paid. We request this is paid in cash before check-out.
At present we do not accept any dogs/pets. However, we are planning to add a 4th suite in the Spring 2025 and this one will be dog friendly. Old Hunstanton Beach is a very dog-friendly beach and its only an 8 minute’s walk from our B&B.
Yes, we can arrange most things if you give us enough notice. Please contact us and we will get a quote and try to arrange whatever you need.
The Pull Suite has a charm of its own, with its unique heritage and characterful features. It’s located on the first floor of the 17th-century farmhouse and offers 473 square feet (44 sq.m) of luxury living space that combines traditional elegance and contemporary living.
The Besley Suite is located on the ground floor of our charming annexe, developed in 2019. With a private entrance, 441 square feet (41 sq.m) of luxury living space, direct access to its own private veranda and garden beyond, and no steps throughout, it’s our most accessible suite. And the most popular, so book early!
The Wallis Suite is our largest and most luxurious accommodation, located on the entire first floor of the annexe. It has a private entrance and an expansive 570 square feet (53 sq.m) of pure pleasure with three distinct areas for relaxation and the best views in the house!
Our latest suite here at Cliff Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast, featuring a wood burning and becoming our very first dog friendly suite. It’s a luxurious space to bring your dog to.
