Located adjacent to the Le Strange Arms Hotel, the Mariner is probably as close to the sea as you can get in north Norfolk. A fabulous location with lawns leading down to a sandy beach, the traditional inn was created from the old barns and stables attached to the original Victorian hotel.
With a large outside eating area and great views; its the perfect place to relax. Inside, it’s traditional with low beams, snug seating and plenty of nooks and crannies. As well as award winning guest ales, traditional beers and a wide variety of wines, the Mariner serves a huge variety of traditional food and daily specials, with seasonal menus designed to suit every taste.
As it’s only a short walk from Cliff Farmhouse, it has to be considered if you are looking for traditional pub grub at affordable prices. We love it for arguably one of the best spots for sundowners and its heaven for dogs!
