It’s amazing to have a Michelin Star restaurant literally on our doorstep. The Neptune is an intimate, fine dining restaurant serving modern British food in a warm and friendly atmosphere and a generous portion of outstanding quality. You can choose from the three course menu or the tasting menu and you can even go for a posh Sunday Lunch.
The Neptune, a charming 18th century former coaching inn, is owned by Kevin and Jacki Mangeolles. The restaurant has an emphasis on fresh, local produce and having retained a Michelin star since 2009, you are guaranteed the best. It’s not cheap, obviously, but the food and the extensive wine list are perfect for special occasions, or just a special treat.
